Terms of Service

These terms apply when you buy a license for PokeHax and when you use the app. By activating a license you accept them. If you do not accept them, do not activate a license.

What PokeHax is

PokeHax is an Android application that runs automation modules for Pokémon GO on a rooted device. It is an independent project. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Scopely, Niantic, Nintendo or The Pokémon Company, and it is not connected to whoever operates Pokémon GO at any given time.

Your license

• A license is sold per module. Buying one module does not give you access to any other.
• A license binds to a single device the first time you activate it. You can release it and move it to another phone up to three times per billing period. Once those three are used, they reset on your next billing date.
• A license is personal. Sharing, reselling or publishing your license code ends it with no refund.
• Reverse engineering, redistributing or repackaging the app or its modules ends your license with no refund.

Requirements are your responsibility

PokeHax needs an Android device with root access, running Android 12 or newer. Emulators do not work, because Pokémon GO does not run on them. These requirements are stated before purchase, and a device that does not meet them is not grounds for a refund.

No refunds

All sales are final and no refunds are given. This includes a device that cannot run the app, a change of mind, an unused license, a Pokémon GO update that temporarily breaks compatibility, and any action taken against your game account.

Risk and your game account

Automating Pokémon GO goes against the game's own terms of service. Using PokeHax, or any third party tool, can get your game account warned, suspended or permanently banned.

You use PokeHax entirely at your own risk. We are not responsible for any ban, suspension, warning, loss of items, loss of progress or loss of an account, and none of those outcomes entitles you to a refund or to compensation of any kind.

Third party tools

PokeHax can be used alongside root managers, joystick apps and other software we do not write or control. Anything you install alongside it is your own decision and your own risk. We do not support, endorse or take responsibility for third party software.

No warranty

PokeHax is provided as is, without warranty of any kind. We do not promise that it will work without interruption, that it will stay compatible with every Pokémon GO release, or that it will suit any particular purpose. Features can change or be removed.

Limit of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid for the license in question. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

Changes

These terms can change. The date at the top says when they last did. Continuing to use PokeHax after a change means you accept it.
